Nurse Practitioner needed for independent primary care practice - PT/FT New

At Practice with Joy, we are dedicated to empowering NPs to successfully launch, run, and grow their own practices. We provide the operations, technology and staff support so that NPs can focus on high-quality care. 

Ideal candidate - Joy is looking for:

• An entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner interested in joining a newly forming independent practice in the Wichita area
• Someone seeking either part-time (1-2 days week) or full-time employment practicing primary care
• An NP with an existing patient panel or willingness to build a panel over time (with our help)

We already have: 

• An established medical professional corporation (PC) established in Kansas
• A ready-to-go insurance contract with a national carrier with a large market share across Kansas
• A team of people and suite of services supporting NP-led independent practices, including marketing, operations, and technology

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about practicing independently in Kansas. The ideal candidate will have:

• A master's or doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current and unrestricted Kansas APRN license
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a primary care setting is preferred; minimum of 2 years is required
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
