Incredible opportunity to practice the full spectrum of Emergency Medicine as a PA or NP!

Seeking a qualified, experienced candidate for single provider coverage in a critical access Emergency Department in Goodland KS. Catchment covers northwest Kansas, bordering Colorado on I-70.  Daily average census is 7.5 patients.

Most of our providers live in the greater Denver area and commute for a 2-3 day stretch.  Work 8 days a month, and have 20-23 days off each month. Shift length is 48-72 hours, based on your preference. Excellent compensation of $2,100 per day. Provider may flex up to 10 days per month, based on preference and availability. Compensation is 1099 income.

Sherman County is rural with a stable farming and cattle economy. This community is grateful and supportive of the APPs covering the ER. We have a PA partner group with a very supportive Medical Director. The position has excellent provider support including Avel eCare telemedicine backup with a Board Certified Emergency Physician. We've forged excellent relationships with tertiary care facilities in Denver. Our goal is to provide similar clinical outcomes as an Emergency Department in a metropolitan environment.
