Time to Engage!  SB 454, AN ACT that  authorizes APRNs to prescribe medications without a supervising physician, requires malpractice insurance coverage and requires national certification for licensure beginning the date of enactment.  http://www.kslegislature.org/li/b2021_22/measures/documents/sb454_00_0000.pdf

The bill will be introduced in the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee. Watch for details about a hearing in the next 1-2 weeks.
