KAPN Leadership Opportunities!
Would you like to have a voice in shaping the future of Advanced Practice in Kansas? Consider getting involved with KAPN as a board member, committee member, or a new paid Executive Director role!
Four positions will be on the ballot in January 2024: Vice President, Secretary, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. We are also seeking to fill the position of Certified Nurse Midwife.
Applicants must be members of KAPN. The term of office is two years with an expectation that board members will serve/chair at least one committee and attend monthly meetings. If interested, please sign and submit the attached application, a short bio and well as your curriculum vitae, and a photo.
Members are also needed for the following committees: Bylaws, Legislative, and Promotions. These are volunteer positions available now, not based on elections!
In addition, KAPN is seeking an Executive Director! This is an exciting time of growth for our organization.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about representing the KAPN mission for public relations, building partnerships with nursing organizations, and performing business operations. This will be a paid position, with 10-15 hours per week of remote work. Please see the full job description attached!
